The project takes place in Kamez.

2.1 General
The project has foreseen:
Reconstruction of the building “NIKO HOXHA” Garden.

2.2 – Purpose of works
The purpose of this project: “Reconstruction of the building Garden” NIKO HOXHA “in contemporary parameters.

2.3 – Supervision of construction works
The supervisor of the works is Infratech & Arkimade sh.pk represented by power of attorney from “Infratech” sh.pk, contracted with contract no. 1383 prot, dated 26.06.2020.

3. Main Objective
The supervisor of works for the implementation of works for the facility aims to control and monitor the progress of the entire process of implementation of works in accordance with the project, technical conditions of implementation, technical specifications and destination of the facility given the time limit set for performance of works of this object (time limit) and the economic side of this object (contract value).
